I truly thanked God every day for His blessings and for His amazing creation. Thank you for your encouraging comments and your many, many “Likes”. My posting 366 of my photos was a little bit of a project but I did it! I have heard it said that to move past the “planning” stage into the “doing” stage is the hard part! So….What’s happening next year?
It is never too early to develop the love of the land. Kids think “work” is fun when they are this age. Emily loved helping in her GrandDad’s cabbage patch. Now that she’s a big girl… I pray everyday that she will keep her feet on the ground, her hands close to the soil and her heart on GOD! Only 4 post to go!
Cousins… sometimes they are your best friend.. sometimes they are your first playmates… sometimes they annoy you beyond measure…BUT it’s that bond of family that makes life so special! (These are not my kiddos.)
Woke up this morning in Sasebo, Japan thinking about home a little… thinking about the family from church and missing Kenai, our black lab. I was still looking for a picture for today’s post and decided on this one taken a few days before we left .. .I thanked my friends for letting me take their photos with the family and their dogs and arranging such a sunset. Andrew said that he was only responsible for the first two… God had arranged the last. Thank you GOD!
Who a I going to be? What will I do with my life? Big question for such a tiny person. So many decisions, interventions and prayers will go into the life these bright eyes will make. Mama, Daddy, GrandDaddy, Grandmother and so many others will have an influence on this life…. Go to God ask Him about the life of your children. It will make a difference!
Time is so fleeting and passes faster that seems possible. When did this precious hand go from soo tiny to soo busy? If we only knew how short this time was… if we only had enough patience to enjoy every moment, if we only…
Logan is six years old now. He started kindergarten this year and is doing great. He told me…”I have only had greens and purples”. In his kindergarten that’s the best you can get. He has demonstrated several actions that show that he knows that “conduct” is important. My prayer everyday is that he always has greens and purples in his life.
